The City of Angels experienced citywide festivities after the Dodgers won a thrilling seven-game World Series title. Supporters across the globe joined Angelenos in jubilation, marking the first time in 25 years that a team has secured consecutive championships.
Celebration Parade Draws Enormous Turnout
Los Angeles area events included a procession through the city center on Monday morning, a ticketed rally at the team's home stadium, and impromptu gatherings throughout the city.
Online footage show thousands of Los Angeles residents packing city center avenues, many displaying handmade banners and team flags. The squad was seen riding high on a open-top bus through the masses, raising the Commissioner’s trophy proudly.

The procession path ended at Dodger Stadium, where the players walked out to Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us,” with the renowned DJ spinning music and the artist driving a Pacific blue classic car around the field.

Festivities started well before the procession, with Dodgers fans setting off flares in the roads of the city center on Sunday night.
Yoshinobu Yamamoto, named the MVP of the championship, spoke plainly about the victory.
